REVIEW: itsu Thai-Style Prawn Soup Dumplings #Blogmas2025

I love Asian dumplings so when I saw this in the supermarket I had to try.

INGREDIENTS:

HOW TO COOK:

Microwave (From Frozen)

1. Place sealed bag of soup'dumplings in the microwave. ^Please do not open or pierce bag!]

2. Microwave for 2 mins 20 seconds ^900W] or 2 mins 20 seconds ^750W]

3. Remove tray from bag and pierce the top of the dumplings with a fork or chopstick, leave to stand for 3 mins

Shallow Fry (From Frozen)

1. Preheat pan with 1 tsp of oil on medium heat

2. Add soup'dumplings and cook for 5 mins.

3. Carefully add 4 tbsp of cold water, cover with a lid and cook for a further 6 mins

4. Leave to stand for 1 min11 mins

Steam (From Frozen)

1. Place colander/sieve above pan of softly boiling water

2. Place soup'dumplings in the colander/sieve, cover with a lid and steam for 12-14 mins

3. Leave to stand for 1 min

I microwaved these and let me tell you, these are amazing, they are light but filling, I have bought more to have in the freezer, they are so easy to have. These are brilliant for when you are busy and forget to cook or make dinner.
