REVIEW: Cully & Sully Charming Chicken Risotto

I didn't have any lunch so popped to the local Co-op to get something gluten free for my lunch at work and saw this.

PACKAGING: Plastic pot
INGREDIENTS:
Water, Leek (12%) Arborio Rice, CELERY, Onion, Chicken (8%), Spring Onion (5%), White Wine, Olive Oil, Salt, Chicken and Vegetable Stock[ Salt, Maltodextrin, Yeast Extract, Flavouring, Herbs and Spices ( Black Pepper, Turmeric, Parsley), Sugar, Vegetables (Onions, CELERY, Carrot) Chicken, Sunflower Oil, Chicken Fat, Acid (Citric Acid), Caramelised Sugar], Garlic Puree, Parsley, Black Pepper, Rosemary, Thyme, Sage

HOW TO COOK:
Microwave
Remove lid and place loosely on the top of the tub.
Heat at 800W for 2 minutes.
Remove and stir.
Put back in for a further 2 minutes.
Leave to stand for 1 minute.
Hob
Empty contents into a saucepan, bring to the boil over a medium heat, stirring frequently.
If I was to tell you that I am writing this blog post whilst waiting for a pot of this to cool down, I have it at least once a week. It is so flavourful, I wish I had the recipe for this because I would have made this up.
