RECIPE: Chocolate Easter Nests

I bet you didn't expect to get a second recipe in one week but here it is, this is the perfect

Ingredients

  • 9 Mars Bars

  • Butter

  • Cornflakes

  • Mini Eggs


Method

Step 1: Cut up the Mars bars into small chunks, I always half it long ways then cut into eight pieces. The Mars bars I get a a multipack of nine so they are smaller than usual. Place the chunk into a heat proof bowl.

Step 2: Melt the Mars bars in the microwave or over a saucepan of hot water, half way through melting it add a knob of butter and melt it.

Step 3: Add a handful of cornflakes and gently mix them into the chocolate, gradually adding more and more cornflakes but not too much because you have to make sure the cornflakes are coated in the Mars bar mixture.

Step 4: Put some cake cakes into the tins and spoon in the mixture and with the back of a spoon make a little dip in it as if it's a nest.

Step 5: Add three Mini Eggs to the cakes then put the muffin tin into the fridge for twenty minutes to set.

Step 6: Remove from the fridge and ENJOY!
