REVIEW: Samyang Buldak Curry Hot Chicken Flavour Ramen

I love Samyang so I wanted to try all of the different flavours so during this week I thought I would share with you. I got some of them from TikTok Shop, some from the asian area in York. I did a blog post when I got this packet you can read it here.

PACKAGING: Foil packet


INGREDIENTS: Noodle (73.1%): Wheat Flour, Thickener (E1420, E412), Palm Oil, Wheat Gluten, Salt, Emulsifier (E422, E322 (Contains: Soy)), Soybean Oil, Acidity Regulator (E501, E500, E330), Water, Tocopherol Powder (Contains: Soy), Green Tea Extract, Colour (E101). Liquid Soup (24.1%): Water, Artificial Chicken Flavour (Contains: Celery, Soy, Wheat, Gluten), Sugar, Butter Sauce (Contains: Milk, Soy), Flavour Enhancer (E621, E635), Whole Milk (Contains: Soy), Soy Sauce (Contains: Wheat), Non Dairy Creamer, Soybean Oil, Onion, Curry Seasoning (Contains: Celery), Habanero Pepper, Salt, Chilli Pepper, garlic, Cumin, Colour (E160c), Chilli Pepper Oleoresin, Black Pepper, Nutmeg. Flake (2.8%): Carrot, Pak Choy, Onion.

Manufactured in a facility that also processes Crustaceans, Eggs, Fish, Milk, Molluscs, Mustard, Nuts, Peanuts, Sesame Seeds.



HOW TO COOK:

  1. Add noodles and flakes into 600ml of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.

  2. Please remain 8 tablespoons of water. Add the sauce and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Stir well and serve.

It tasted nice, I am not a big curry flavour sort of fan, I love a good Thai curry and even a Charlie Bigham curry but curry flavoured things not so much. This wasn't that bad but I wouldn't purchase it again.
