Before we dive into this review, I want to make one thing crystal clear: yes, I am a FARMASI rep—but I’m also a blogger who deeply values transparency and trust. My reputation means everything to me, and I would never recommend a product just for the sake of making a sale. If something doesn’t work, you’ll hear it from me first. I know how easy it is to lose credibility online, and I’m not here to hype up a product that doesn’t deserve it. That said, I’ve been putting the Dr. C. Tuna Cleansing Balm to the test, and I’ve got some real thoughts to share—no fluff, no filters.

I used this cleanser for 31 days for the blog post, days when I wasn't even wearing makeup but if I remembered taking pictures I did.
Day 1
I have a light amount of makeup on, nothing strong so let's see how it goes with the cleanser.
This balm to oil cleanser is really nice, it has cleaned my skin without feeling like it has been stripped.
Date Tried: Saturday 15th March 2025
Day 3
Another day of more natural looking makeup, I have been doing this because I started a new job and don't want to scare them with my bright red lipstick or bold eye.
The makeup has dissolved with this cleanser.
Date Tried: Monday 17th March 2025
Day 4
Eyeliner on today so let's see if this cleanser removes it.
It has removed the eyeliner and not left anything behind.
Date Tried: Tuesday 18th March 2025
Day 10

I am trying a new eyeshadow palette so the eye look is a bit more.
Makeup all removed.
Date Tried: Monday 24th March 2025
Day 12
I have more eye makeup on than I have been doing.
One thing about me, if I try and wash my face in the shower I always end up leaving bits because there is no mirror in the shower so there is a little mascara left but that's my fault.
Date Tried: Wednesday 26th March 2025
Day 18

I wore a red lip today for the first time at work let's see if it has stained my lips or if the cleanser removes it.

It has been removed but where I have cracks in my lips it has a slight tint to it.
Date Tried: Tuesday 1st April 2025
Day 31
Forgot to take pictures once removed but check out the TikTok video.
Date Tried: Monday 14th April 2025
After 31 days of using the Dr. C. Tuna Cleansing Balm, I can honestly say—it’s earned a permanent spot on my skincare shelf. This balm-to-oil formula feels so nourishing, and it melts away makeup effortlessly, no tugging or scrubbing required. But what really impressed me is how it performed on the days I wasn’t wearing makeup at all. There were plenty of evenings where I kept things super simple—just this cleanser followed by the Dr. C. Tuna Age Reversist Instant Perfecting Cream (which I’m also currently testing). No toner, no extra layers of moisturizer, and still, my dry skin felt soft, calm, and completely cared for. That says a lot. If you’ve been curious about cleansing balms or you’re looking for something gentle yet effective, this one is absolutely worth a try. And as always—this is my honest experience. I wouldn’t recommend it if I didn’t believe in it.
