REVIEW: 17. Hydro Power Grip Primer

I have seen so many of these hydro stick grip sort of primers and haven't really found one that I like.

I always apply makeup to the side without primer first so that I am not cross-contaminating primer if you understand (my brain works in weird ways). I use a clean FARMASI Foundation Brush (purchase here) and when applying contour I use NARS bronzer using clean Zoeva 109 Luxe Face Paint brush and Morphe X Abby Roberts AB101 brush again start with the side without primer.

NARS Sheer Glow Foundation

Bare face.

Primer on the one side.

Foundation applied, it was easy to apply, the primer didn't affect the application.

Contoured to give myself a little shape and colour.

Makeup all done, both sides look good to me, no real difference with the primer.

19:40: The side with the primer has crease more around the nostril but otherwise kind of the same.

Primer on the one side, it makes my skin look glowy.

Foundation applied, I found it was streaky on the side with the primer.

Contoured.

Makeup all done.

I like the fact there is a pump, bit more hygienic. However I don't see any benefit in this primer, it creases the rest of the makeup as the day goes on, it is a bit patchy.
